It is now September and it is still H.O.T.
I had to laugh when I walked out of the 95˚ heat today and into Whole Foods – immediately smelling cinnamon and seeing gallons of apple cider. What!?!?
Therefore our standing post-nap smoothie date still stands.
Today we did:
Finish it off with:
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons wheat germ
Blend until smooth!
Ren approves! (daily!)
Use any leftover smoothie for yummy, homemade popsicles!
